Ordering Options
You may place your orders on-line via our secure site. Simply click
the “Buy Now” buttons to enter the shopping cart. You
may also order by email. at Contactlilly@thefrogaffair.com
to begin the process. We reserve the right to hold any order until
the credit card can be verified by the bank. Only after we have
verified the order via email and received payment confirmation from
your credit card company we will ship. Please email Lilly@thefrogaffair.com
with any questions.
SHIPPING POLICY
In most cases, we will not charge you until the items are ready
to ship. Since our estimated ship dates are provided by our distributors,
we will notify you by email or phone when we are ready to ship.
In general, we ship via US Priority Mail with insurance and delivery
confirmation. You will receive an email with shipping information.
If you require a different shipping method (i.e. Overnight Shipping),
please contact us via phone or email.
The Frog Affair assumes no responsibility for damages that may occur
in transit, during or after shipping. If an item has been underinsured,

Continental 48 states only.

SALES TAX
As required by law, we charge sales tax on purchases shipped within
Missouri State.
